1. How is BW different from STFX?

  • STFX creates dedicated funds for a single trade. Once the trade is done, the fund closes. Barren Wuffet allows traders to setup a fund that lasts between 1 day and however long they want. Barren Wuffet also allows traders to deploy the fund across multiple defi lego blocks simultaneously. This allows the trader to execute portfolio level risk management.

  • Barren Wuffet allows traders to setup guardrails via whitelisting the type of tokens/ NFTS they would potentially invest or trade. This helps build trust - a trader will not be able to launch their own token and siphon the funds.

2. How is BW different from Yield Generators/Aggregators?

  • Barren Wuffet traders generate returns for investors through any permutation of trading and yield management. They will trading protocols like GMX and yield generating protocols like yearn.fi.

  • Yield generators are platforms that automatically generate returns for an asset class by way of lending, LPing or staking.

  • Yield aggregators consolidate the various yield generating options available across multiple plaforms in a single easy to navigate user interface.
